Mr. Liu had worked in the R&D division of Shanghai No. 1 Machine Tools Works Company Limited as a design engineer of machine tools for five years. Mr. Liu has drafted and prosecuted hundreds of patent and design applications in the mechanical and electrical fields. Mr. Liu has proficient language abilities in both Chinese and English.
