Before starting his career as a patent attorney, Mr. Xin had worked in the R&D division of Shanghai No.1 Biochemical and Pharmaceutical Company Limited as a biomedical researcher for more than four years.

Mr. Xin is focused on patent prosecution in the fields of biology, pharmaceuticals and chemistry. Mr. Xin also provides opinions to clients regarding patent validity, infringement, enforcement, strategy and management. In addition, Mr. Xin is also experienced in handling application for rights in new varieties of plants.
