Ms. Gao practices in all areas of intellectual property law focusing on patent prosecution, litigation and counseling on IP protection.

Ms. Gao started her patent career in 2001 and was a IP manager in a chemical institute of SINOPEC before joining Sunray.

Ms. Gao has rich experience in handling patent applications both at home and abroad in the fields of chemistry and pharmaceuticals. The patent applications she has dealt with cover wide areas of organic and inorganic chemistry, materials, chemical engineering, pharmaceuticals, general mechanisms, etc. In addition, Ms. Gao also provides advice on the strategy, management of patent portfolios and FTO reports.
